Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation/rescheduling policy is strictly 48 hours for all guests. If we don’t receive 48 hour’s notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment unfortunately you will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you fail to show up after booking online your debit/credit card will automatically be charged 50% of the services booked. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month. In 2018 we lost £5,595.64 with 191 clients not turning up.

Skin Testing Policy
Partners Hair Salon in Broughty Ferry have a duty of care to make sure that you are protected in these circumstances! The best way of ensuring that you are allergy free when it comes to hair colouring, is to come into our Dundee Salon 2-7 days prior the application of hair colour. Here you can have specific skin test done with the hair colour range that we use in our salon. This is without a doubt the safest and most efficient way of detecting any allergies that may cause damage to your skin!

Partners Hair STRONGLY ADVISE a skin test before we colour your hair.

• ALL NEW GUESTS TO THE SALON MUST HAVE A SKIN TEST. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT RETAINED.
• ALL REGULAR GUESTS WHO HAVE HAD THEIR HAIR COLOURED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO THEIR NEXT BOOKING, THIS WILL BE TREATED AS THEIR SKIN TEST.
